Number one, let's take the old man who lived
on the 2nd floor directly underneath the room
where the murder was committed.
Now, he says that about 10 minutes
after 12 on the night of the killing
he heard a loud noise from upstairs.
Sounded like a fight.
And he heard the boy yell out:

A second later the body hit the floor,
he run to his appartment door, looked out,
saw the kid running down the
